1. Customer Priority:
Our first priority is our customer satisfaction without compromising over the quality and customer requirement regarding size, color, etc. However, mistakes do happen at Arctic Outfits, we have a 30 days returns and exchange policy that starts the day our shipped item is received by our customer. It may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods.
2. Delivery time for garments:
Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service.
Expedite: 2 to 4 days
Normal: 10 to 14 days
These are only estimated time frames and may vary during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery time frame before placing your order.
3. Express shipping service:
We use FedEx, DHL and Skynet to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 – 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally, all orders are dispatched from our warehouse as per turnaround time mentioned in section 1 above except when there is a delay from the supplier. Arctic Outfits cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
4. Shipping Charges:
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on “the final review of your order” page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.
5. Returns Policy for Garments:
If the product been delivered to you is a faulty piece, contact us at your earliest at Support@articoutfits.com and file a proper complaint, we would highly appreciate it if you could send us a high-quality picture of the defective piece as well so that we can check out you meet the requirements for a refund or exchange policy.(Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in the record so that if any misfit case arises we first investigate it by checking measurements and order details from our library).
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges. Once delivered you have got 24 hours to inform us about the refund intention. Customer needs to send the parcel within 14 working days back to the given address through email. Once received we will take 7 working days to investigate the parcel and then the money will be refunded.
Please note that we will not refund shipping and handling charges.
6. Remove Of Tags:
We request our customers to send us back the returns or exchange in the same condition they were received by us, unused and with tags and labels attached. Wearing a jacket for a try is OK but we still suggest you do not take the tags off if you wish to return it for a reason.
7. Custom Orders:
Our beloved client’s orders are based on the measurements/sizes that our clients provide on our website by email, phone, or fax. Buy strictly according to our mentioned size chart to avoid any inconvenience later on. Either Arctic Outfits will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order).
8. Customs/Duties/Taxes:
When ordering goods from arcticoutfit.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from arcticoutfit.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
9. Listing and Descriptions:
Arctic Outfits makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Arctic Outfits cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, LCD, LED, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
10. Shipping Free:
If shipping is FREE, it will only be for the first time, and for returns or replacements shipping charges will be applicable because FREE shipping is not actually free for us, we pay for it so a replacement will incur extra charges, or subsequently, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless a faulty item is sent out from us.
11. Exchange Policy:
The exchange of the product would only be possible if there is a damage in the product issues. The Intent for An Exchange Should Be Conveyed to The Management In 2 Working Days from The Time of The Delivery. For An Exchange A Buyer Has to Send Back the Parcel on The Given Address by The Management In 14 Working Days. arcticoutfit.com will prepare the exchange products and will send it back to the given address. arcticoutfit.com will not be responsible to pay any delivery charges.
This will be paid by the customer.
12. Order Cancellation:
You can cancel an order within 24 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 24 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 24 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
13. Amend Your Orders:
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
